My players to watch series continues with Ligue 1, a league that always seems to produce young talent that catches the eye.

Of course, there are many well-known names that are on the younger side and make every list of players to watch - I’m looking at you, Enzo Le Fée, Rayan Cherki, Youssouf Fofana and others. And because of their sheer exposure, I’m also going to ignore PSG’s crop of new young studs, but for the record I’m very interested in Warren Zaire-Emery, Manuel Ugarte, Lee Kang-In and Vitinha.

So, going a bit more off-beat here…who’s worth watching? Here are nine names you may not know as well:
