It broke late Friday that Arsenal have agreed to bring in Raheem Sterling, Chelsea castoff star and among England’s most visible attacking players in recent memory, via a late loan deal.
Sterling, of course, adds depth on both the left- and right-wings, as well as another option as a false nine. The 29-year-old right-footer will quickly slot in as one of Arsenal’s six options in attack.
What do we make of this deal? Will Sterling revert to his City and Liverpool days, or are Chelsea just a stink he won’t be able to wash off? Let’s dive in.
