How the revised overseas players rules would have effected Arsenal

Arsenal signed 17 players from overseas in the last 4 calendar years and 14 would have qualified for a work permit, and 3 that would have been sent on loan until they qualified.

The new rules for overseas players were released today and will be going into effect December 31st.
