Mason Mount to Arsenal?

Should the Gunners try to sign Chelsea's latest outcast? Looking at the numbers and film.

Arsenal have been linked to another English, Premier League-based player for the upcoming summer. And much to the delight of many in the fan base, that player would be coming from Chelsea.

After a storied history taking players from west London including such luminaries as Petr Cech, William Gallas, Willian and David Luiz, Arsenal’s latest enquiry to the Blues is for 24-year-old Mason Mount, according to (pretty reliable) Goal reporter Charles Watts.

It seems like the idea of Mount joining Arsenal has the fanbase pretty split. Would he be any good in North London? Where could he play, and what does he bring to the fold? Let’s take a look.
