Substack Notes are pretty cool and worth trying out
A new place to connect but it needs you all to help it feel vibrant
I have been playing around with notes for a while and I have to say that overall it has been a very good experience. If you used Twitter the experience should be familiar but still different enough to have something new.
Here is one I posted today that is similar to what I would post on Twitter but I was able to add a bit more context without the same length restrictions.
I will still use twitter but I will also look to use notes more often and perhaps for slightly different type content (hopefully better).
Notes is a new space on Substack for us to share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t fit in the newsletter, like work-in-progress or quick questions.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Cannon Stats, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Cannon Stats can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
If you encounter any issues, you can always refer to the Notes FAQ for assistance. Looking forward to seeing you there!
I'm really enjoying Notes as well, glad to see you (and other Arsenal substackers) using it more frequently. COYG!
