The case for selling Kieran Tierney

It doesn't make me happy to write this, I really like watching Kieran Tierney playing for Arsenal but I do think that if we are being rational and if a team makes a big offer for the Arsenal full-back it is something that they should really consider.

Part of the reasoning behind this is that I think the reputation of Tierney is a bit out of whack with his actual production.

Tierney is a good player but he is far from elite. When he is on the field he has been solid for Arsenal, doing a number of roles, and certainly helps solidify Arsenal's defense (but maybe that is more a comment on the other options). As we go further finding players that can replicate or beat this stats production is not uncommon among players in the top five European leagues.
