Not no difference, but it is probably close enough as I wrote.
Average Opta rating for teams while Odegaard injured 89.9, with Saka injured 88.9, with both it is 90.4. I think it is not a spot where it is so big as to explain the difference for sure but it is a factor.
With Odegaard there has been some harder matches but more "easy" matches as well, they have Bolton, Preston, Leicester and Southampton.
I feel like we are still feeling the impact of Odeguard's high ankle sprain. He has not looked nearly as mobile or durable. A small knock seems to disable him for the rest of the game. For me, him missing is the bigger cost. Nwaneri can do much of what Saka does, but NOBODY can do what Martin does to nearly his level. Not even his post injury drop off level. We need a healthy and motivated Odeguard desperately.
High ankle sprains are really hard to recover from. They are also nearly impossible to treat effectively. If the tissue between the tibia and fibula tears, it takes forever to heal.
No difference in SOS? Opta has us playing w/out Odegaard: #1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 14 and 16 teams in the world.

Yeah I agree. It does still seem like the injury to Odegaard has lingered and had an effect beyond him just missing games too
