Gents, really enjoyed this! Please, please, try to establish a "regularish" cadence for podcasts because I think they complement so well your written material and regular forays into social media. (Content does not was have to be one hour plus.) Personally speaking, reading everything can be overwhelming and, dare I say it, a little soulless. Hearing you talk about and discuss the topics makes what you have written, come alive and, again speaking personally, makes me more willing to engage with your written content. The yin and the yan are both needed, for me at least! (I would stress that your written content is excellent; it is just that when it is always portrayed two-dimensionally in writing it can look "functional".)
